Domestic (Pakistan):
- Orders sent via our trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 1‑3 working days for in‑stock items.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. No dispatches on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
- Please ensure shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout. Once order is placed and processed, amendments may not be possible.
- If you are unavailable at delivery, the courier may leave a card and attempt delivery up to two additional times. If the parcel is returned to us due to non‑delivery, you may be responsible for re‑delivery charges.
- In cases of lost or damaged parcels in transit: Contact us immediately. We will lodge a claim with the courier partner; once confirmed, you will be eligible for a full refund including original shipping cost. Please note processing of claims may take up to 28 days.

Tracking & Delivery Issues:
- Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
- If the courier indicates “left in safe place” as per your instructions, that is done at your risk — we cannot be held liable for parcels left unattended.
- In case you suspect delay beyond estimated timeframe, please contact us after 15 working days for investigation.
